Privacy Policy

Your information deserves thoughtful care.

This policy explains what we collect through sgaprotect.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

The Information We Handle

Only what helps us respond and operate the website.

In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to Angel D. Anglada, the licensed insurance producer who handles inquiries submitted through this website.

What you provide Inquiry and contact details Forms may ask for your name, phone number, email, state, current age, sex at birth, approximate mortgage balance, years remaining on your mortgage, family protection goals, contact preferences, and other details you choose to share.
Optional details Health-related notes Some forms offer an optional space for general health concerns. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, payment information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the website.
How you arrived Advertising attribution We may receive campaign details, referral information, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID so we can understand which outreach led to an inquiry.
Website operations Limited technical data Our website and service providers may process basic technical information such as browser or device type, IP address, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs.

How Information Is Used

To respond, provide requested guidance, and keep the service dependable.

01

Respond to you

We use your details to follow up on your inquiry, prepare for a conversation, answer questions, and discuss insurance options you requested.

02

Support insurance services

When appropriate, information may be used to help identify, apply for, place, or service coverage. Any formal application will involve additional notices and authorizations.

03

Operate and improve

We may use information to maintain security, prevent misuse, measure campaign performance, improve the website, keep records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Limited Sharing

Information is shared only for practical business, insurance, or legal purposes.

Service providers Operating the website We may use providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email, internal messaging notifications, security, recordkeeping, and other business operations. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish people from automated abuse. A private Telegram alert may include your name, phone number, form type, and a short submission reference so Angel can respond promptly. The secure lead desk contains the fuller inquiry and is restricted to authorized access. Twilio text alerts, when enabled, contain only a generic form-arrival notice and short reference.
Insurance support Serving your request When needed to answer your request or help place or service coverage, information may be shared with insurance carriers, general agencies, and appropriately licensed insurance professionals.
Measurement tools Understanding our advertising Google Ads measurement may use cookies or similar technologies and process browser or device information, advertising click identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, and whether you reached our inquiry-confirmation page. For eligible visitors who arrive through an advertisement, Google may temporarily replace our displayed phone number with a Google forwarding number so we can measure whether a call connected and how long it lasted; this does not mean the call is recorded. We do not configure the Google tag to send your name, email address, phone number, age, mortgage estimate, health information, or other answers entered into our forms, and enhanced conversions are not enabled. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites and manage your preferences through My Ad Center.
Legal and safety needs Protecting people and rights We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, prevent fraud or misuse, or protect safety, rights, and property.

Your Choices

You may ask questions, update your information, or change how we contact you.

To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, or to ask about our privacy practices, call (415) 272-7092. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

  • You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact or inquiry information.
  • You may withdraw permission for future marketing contact at any time.
  • You may reply STOP to an applicable text message to opt out of further marketing texts.
  • You may limit or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center.
  • Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

A Few More Details

Retention, security, browser signals, and children.

01

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service, legal, compliance, dispute, and security needs. Website inquiry backup records are generally scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless a longer period is reasonably needed. Security rate controls use shortened retention and hashed identifiers rather than storing raw IP addresses in the private lead ledger. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

02

Do Not Track

Because there is no uniform standard for browser Do Not Track signals, the website may not respond to them. Where required and technically supported, we will honor recognized legally applicable opt-out preference signals.

03

Children and updates

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. We may update this policy as our practices change and will post the revised effective date on this page.
